PROCESSES OF MANUFACTURING CABLE:
The plant is fully equipped with latest state-of-the-art technology that includes latest machinery and computerized testing equipment for carrying out various tests from raw material to finished goods to meet the desired standards.
Wire Drawing process
The Wire Drawing process used helps in drawing the wires as per the requirement in the WIRE Drawing Machine
Annealing process
In the Annealing process, the Tandum Machine is used to anneal intermediately drawn copper wires together
Insulation process
The insulation process involves insulation of the conductor in XLPE, PVC, HDPE as per the required specification
Core Rewinding
The Core Rewinding and Curing process involves spark testing of the core and rewinding and curing as per requirement
